Elana Low is a certified sound healing practitioner whose work sits at the crossroads of medicine songs and plant remedies. Sound healing is a process of re-balancing the body and mind by re-tuning them to the sacred frequencies of nature and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.

1:1 sound healing sessions
Sound healing teaches the body to heal itself. Both passive and participatory, each sound healing session uses healing tones and vibrations to show the body and mind how to return to a state of peace and rest by entraining with the rhythms and tones of the natural world.
Individual and group sound baths
A personal or group soundscape journey using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, music, channelled medicine melodies, and guided meditation—wonderfully relaxing and healing.
Medicine song work
Like a mantra, shamanic medicine songs can unlock incredible healing potential and ground us times of distress, burnout, aimlessness, loss, pain, and sickness. My medicine songs are channelled and often non-lexical in nature. While I have studied many sound healing modalities, this has become one of my most popular offerings.
Medicine song transferrence
Like a mantra, a medicine song can be a touchstone in meditation as well as in difficult times. Having a medicine song channelled for and entrusted to you is a uniquely powerful way to enhance your personal healing practice. Entrained to your healing journey, this melody is yours alone to work with once it is transferred to you.
Plant remedy consultation
Many of my medicine songs are channelled while working with healing allies such as mullein, calendula, plantain, violet, and more, and draw on sacred plant vibrations. Together we can find your plant allies and include them in your sound healing treatments.
